Yes we offer shipping to the United States + Canada. We can also ship to Europe and anywhere else in the world for large and corporate orders. Please get in touch to find out more.
We offer returns within 30 days through our delivery partner. The fee for any return is £2.50 and will be deducted from your refund. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more details.
UK: If sent Standard (Royal Mail 48), it should take 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. If sent Next Day Delivery, it should arrive (as the name suggests!) the next day (so long as you place the order before 3pm.)
North America: Your parcel will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and should take 3-17 working days to arrive.

Your journal will arrive wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with stickers, and neatly tucked inside an a5 recycled cardboard box. We use this packaging for two reasons: 1) it means as little cardboard as possible (good for the trees!) 2) it fits through your letterbox so no waiting around for the postman (good for you!) Oh and there are also 4 'PRIORITISE THIS' stickers included inside the box, for you to stick on anything you need to remember to prioritise a bit more.
If you order more than one journal, they will be wrapped and sealed either inside a compostable mailer or large box. In this case your stickers will be packaged inside the journal.
We currently offer the option to include a handwritten gift note at checkout for a small additional fee of £2.50. Simply let us know what you want to say and we'll lovingly write it out for you.
