To be more organised
How do you make sure you have time for what's important to you?
Waking up earlier in the mornings, I seem to find more time for myself between 5am-7am.

Politics.
DO YOU HAVE A GOAL YOU’RE WORKING TOWARDS AT THE MOMENT?
Keeping my children happy.

Fasting (there's so many health benefits).
There’s so much to marvel at without going anywhere.

Even if it’s just taking five minutes to notice the birds singing, the warmth of a hot cup of tea, or a new bud on a tree. There’s so much to marvel at without going anywhere.

Unexpected emails full of joy from happy customers.

Stop questioning it - just do it.

A chilled evening with a glass of wine and a good TV series!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO PRACTISE SELF-CARE?
For me, It's simple things like:
Sitting down for 5 minutes with a hot cup of tea.
Going for a walk in the sunshine.
When I remember, moisturising my feet just before bed...
I'm not going to lie, I'm the most unorganised person!
DO YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF MORNING OR EVENING ROUTINE?
I'm definitely more of a morning person, I always try to have five minutes to myself so I’ve been challenging myself recently to have a cold shower every morning. I spritz my Energising Boost Shower Mist before getting in and I find it the perfect start to my day.
How do you stay organised? Journal, scraps of paper or e-diary?
I'm not going to lie, I'm the most unorganised person! With three little ones running around it's quite difficult to stay organised with day to day life but what helps me relatively organised is at the start of every week I try to prioritise what I need to do.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE BEAUTY HACK?
I absolutely love using our Everyday Oil, it’s so moisturising for the skin and it can also be used to remove makeup – it’s also great for all of the family as well.
